We're aware that many of you make referrals to WIC.
Below, please see a document from the NYS Department of Health that lists required documentation to qualify/enroll in WIC.
Many of you know that participants must meet income guidelines (under 185% poverty). Or, women receiving food stamp benefits automatically qualify for WIC.
