Please join us in welcoming our new NOEPS. Hunger Solutions New York is pleased that you all have chosen to join us in our concerted efforts to end hunger and advocate for the folks in your respective communities and our great state. In order to familiarize you and provide you all with a comprehensive overview of the NOEP program, we will be hosting and conducting NOEP and Food Stamp 101 Training modules for new NOEP coordinators in July 2011.
Please review the following:
1.) Hunger Solutions New York will be hosting six separate webinar sessions (over a three week period) via Go to Webinar.
2.) Each webinar will focus on specific training topics, or modules.
3.) Participants may be provided with instructions and/or materials prior to each webinar session.
4.) Participants may be asked to review materials and/or complete some basic assignments prior to a webinar session.
5.) We ask that supervisors allow participants work time to complete any preparatory tasks as needed, as well as time to participate in the webinars.
6.) New NOEP Coordinators should RSVP for July’s training with their Contract Manager.
7.) An email invitation will be sent to participants to connect to the webinar sessions, and will include instructions on how to register. Participants should register for each session.
8.) There will be a special webinar session for new NOEP Supervisors on July 14th at 2:00 pm. Supervisors will receive a separate email invitation for this webinar.
