Program Reporting

The Nutrition Outreach and Education Program will be changing to a simplified quarterly report in time for the July 1, 2009 contract year. Similarly to the new Main Target Formula Form, you will only have to report on the quarter, or three months in question. It is our hope that at the end of the contract year, reporting only on the work completed in April, May, & June will alleviate a great deal of paperwork.
