We are in the development stages of a new NOEP manual, and all rules & regulations will be put on the table for consideration. This project will begin over the summer, and as always we value your feedback and insights. Once we complete our new NOEP manual, we will have an annual review of all guidelines to ensure that the structure of our program remains relevant and timely to the needs of our clients and the communities in which we serve.
