Imagine this... its a Friday afternoon, and you are at your office, trying to make some last minute decisions about outreach efforts. Your fiscal department has already left for the weekend, and your supervisor is on vacation. If only there was a way that you could know how much money you have in outreach...
But wait! Soon there will be! With our new online reporting system, you will each have your own "outreach" bank account. And with a few simple clicks, you will be able to see how much outreach money you have to spend at anytime.
And there's more... Are you tired of paperwork? Do you feel like we need to save some trees? Well there's some great news. Our new online reporting system is going to greatly reduce our paperwork. And in some ways, even eliminate it.
And it gets even better...
Do you enjoy telling stories about days gone by? I bet many of us do, but probably not about days of work gone by. Our new online reporting system is going to give us the opportunity to begin "real time" reporting. This means that once you tell us something, you never have to tell us again!
"Outreach" bank accounts? Less paperwork? Less retroactive reporting? What's the name for such a great invention?!
We don't know yet, but we would like YOU to help us figure it out!
If you think you have a great name for our new online reporting system, we want to hear it. Perhaps its something about hunger, perhaps its something about outreach, or perhaps its a name that is really creative.
The point is that its ours to decide. We will be collecting all your suggestions in the enclosed survey, and then we will create a second survey to put all your suggestions to a vote.
