"You Work Hard... Now Let Food Stamp Work for You!" Campaign Launch & Overview of Outreach Requirement

It is time for our fourth statewide campaign of the contract year, "You Work Hard... Now Let Food Stamps Work for You!"

This campaign will focus on working families, recently unemployed households, & community leaders. The intention is to let them know that NOEP and the Food Stamp Prgram are here to help at these very difficult economic times, both for our potentially eligible clients & our communities.

The campaign will run for six weeks, from Monday,December 14, 2009, through January 31, 2010.

Your outreach requirement at this time is the following:

1.) Complete at least one outreach activity for this campaign.

2.) The outreach activity must use the campaign slogan, "You Work Hard... Now Let Food Stamps Work for You!"

3.) The outreach activity should be placed during the six week period of the campaign.

For your outreach activity, you may choose to use the posters from the Consortium, a template from the campaign tool kit (located in the Outreach Materials section), collaborate with fellow NOEPs, or develop your own activity.
