"Eat Better Today & Stay Healthy for Tomorrow" is the slogan for our 5th statewide campaign of the contract year. This campaign will focus on seniors, including the elderly, baby boomers, and care givers. Further, May is Older Americans month. This is an ideal time to turn our focus to one of the most vulnerable populations in our communities, our seniors!
The campaign for "Eat Better Today & Stay Healthy for Tomorrow" will run from Monday, April 19th through May 31st. You are required to complete at least one outreach activity for this campaign. Please review the following requirements for your outreach activity:
1.) The outreach activity must include the slogan, "Eat Better Today & Stay Healthy for Tomorrow."
2.) The outreach activity must be placed during the six week time period of the campaign (April 19th - May 31st).
3.) You may choose any of the following options for your outreach activity:
A.) Posters from the Consortium
B.) A template from the campaign tool kit
C.) Collaborate with another NOEP(s)- You will each receive credit for the outreach activity
D.) Create your own activity
All outreach activities must be submitted for approval with your contract manager.
