NOEP Outreach & Conference - Registration Information

Good Day Fellow Travelers!

I just wanted to send out a friendly reminder to all to make sure that you are aware of the deadlines for our upcoming Outreach Convention and Conference. The comprehensive details are contained in Memo #16 posted on the Nutrition Consortium website www.nutritionconsortium.org  please reference attachments  A - C , as they are an integral part of Convention and conference package.

Please remember that the following three things are due by Monday, March 7^th:

1.)    Reserve your room at the Holiday Inn to ensure a discounted rate of $119 per night.

2.)    Return your Sign-Up Form for the round table discussions to the Consortium.

3.)    Return your Registration Form for the conference to the Consortium.

In regards to Room Reservations and Conference Registration , it is most important that you please note that it is better to return the registration form and make your hotel reservations sooner rather than later as we would like to make sure that accommodations are available for all. We cannot guarantee the discounted room rates after the March 7th deadline. Also, we would like to give you the opportunity to choose those roundtable discussions that are of the most interest to you, but please be advised that sign up and participation is on a first come, first serve basis. This means that it is imperative that you submit your preferences per the memo instructions as soon as possible.

Last, but not least, we are so excited to once again host this tremendous event and we ask that you bring your most gratifying outreach media and materials. It is your time to shine and we want to make sure that the brightest light is projected on your efforts and commitment. Know that we support you, we welcome you and that your work changes lives.
