Online Reporting System

The Consortium is in the process of developing a VERY user friendly, easy to follow, web based reporting system for the Nutrtion Outreach and Education Program.

Essentially, each of you will have your own account through the NOEP Only section of our website, like a bank account. As you enter information, this reporting system will automatically begin tallying your numbers for you. This process will reduce, and in many ways, eliminate the need for you to retroactively report information to us.

We are in the beginning stages of development, and as always, we will be seeking your insights, suggestions, and feedback.

The online reporting system will be ready for an October 1st launch.

For July 1st, we will be asking for volunteers to take part in a three month pilot for the reporting system. Those that participate in the pilot will help us correct any issues in preparation for the official launch.

Further, with just as much diligence and care that we are putting into the development of this system, we are also going to be just as diligent about its implementation. During the first quarter of the new contract year, we will be providing several opportunities for each of you to receive training and become familiar with the new system.

Again, we appreciate that for many of you, web based reporting is something new. You are first and foremost in our minds as we develop this system.
