What Makes Someone a Leader?

As we prepare to gather for our NOEP Leadership Conference, we would like to ask each of you to think of a leader that has inspired you.

A leader may be someone you have never met, but he or she has been an inspirational historic figure, such as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. or Mohandas Ghandi.

A leader may also be someone who you did know, such as a grandparent or parent that was the "rock" in your family and navigated their loved ones through difficult times.

A leader can also be a teacher, mentor, client, or someone you met for only a short period of time.

Whoever this person is, they inspired you through their words, actions, or life example. Leadership happens in many ways, everyday. We are preparing a special opportunity for those of you who may like to honor someone who is a leader in your mind.

Participation is optional. Please give thought to whom you may like to honor and why.

Thank you!
